CAPS provides Tourism and Pharmaceutical companies with a unique opportunity to utilize IT solutions within the companies through our Firm Level Assistance (FLA) program

IT solutions have a wide range of applications; helping companies to increase productivity and become more competitive in local, regional and global markets.

IT solutions to the travel industry may include, but not be limited to:

• online ticketing, payments and check-in for airline businesses;
• Website development and search engine optimization;
• vehicle tracking systems for car rental companies;
• hospitality reservation and room management applications for hotels;
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
• Human Resource Management (HRM) systems

The Armenian pharmaceutical industry has an opportunity to improve its overall competitiveness by deploying IT solutions to improve sales and marketing processes, to communicate with distributors and consumers, and to develop products the market desires. 

Particularly, locally-developed CMS (Content Management System), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), PMS (Property Management Systems), POS (Point of Sales) solutions, Internet Marketing and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Human Recourse Management (HRM) and other solutions and applications will be promoted to the selected cluster enterprises.

Computer Donations 

Aug. 12, 2008 The Armenian Support Project is based in the United States and our mission is to provide donation computers for rural schools and other needy organizations in Armenia.  We use Peace Corps volunteers and host country nationals to identify recipients and, should any problems arise after we have placed a computer, we provide software and hardware support.

It is quite difficult to bring donation equipment into Armenia.  In fact, we have a particular need for monitors as it is impossible for us to bring them into the country.  For this reason, we are actively searching for donations from within.  If any individual or organization would like to donate computer equipment to the Armenian Support Project, we can assure you that we will do our best to find schools and organizations with a genuine need for equipment.
